Wakefield Acoustics appointed CUBED to advise on the relocation of their business. CUBED will be dealing with Dilapidations matters for the existing unit, advising on the specifics of the repairing covenants and the necessary valuations under the auspices of the Landlord and Tenant Act Section 18 (1) defence. CUBED will also provide initial cost advise and assess the landlords quantified demand and prepare a response by way of an Expert Witness report.
CUBED are also providing, initially strategic budget and feasibility, advise for the new premises and later instruction to included design of new offices and project management. The project will be in the region of £ 450,000. CUBED will use state of the art CAD and 3D modelling packages. There will also be extensive and detailed tender documentation prepared to ensure that the contract when let to a builder, safe guards the clients quality and costs in the project and of course delivers the project within the necessary timeframes.
